Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide excellent technical support to our clients. The primary responsibilities include resolving IT issues, troubleshooting software problems, and assisting users with technical inquiries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of help desk software are preferable.
