Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles
