Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients who are experiencing technical issues. Your role includes troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
You will also be responsible for documenting all support interactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others resolve technical problems are essential for this role.
