Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst at GYG, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal staff and external clients. Your main duties include troubleshooting IT issues, resolving software and hardware problems, and ensuring all IT systems are running smoothly.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all support activities, escalate complex issues to higher levels of support, and provide timely feedback to users regarding the status of their inquiries.
Successful candidates should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role and relevant certifications are desirable.
