As an IT Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering first-level IT support and managing incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, including hardware/software errors and network connectivity challenges.
- Maintaining the company ticketing system to ensure accurate logs and detailed resolution entries.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in IT technical support.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Availability for remote night shifts in accordance with EST/CST.
