Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst L1. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming service requests and troubleshooting technical problems
- Logging and categorizing incidents in our ticketing system
- Performing initial diagnosis and resolution of incidents
- Escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems and technologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
