Job Description
Location: Santa Rosa City, Laguna (Onsite)
Experience
- Provided frontline technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues through phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
- Conducted thorough troubleshooting and diagnosis of IT-related problems, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
Ticketing Tools / Ticketing Software (Zendesk)
Remote Assistance (Remote Desktop) – (Any Desk)
Tier 1 / Level 1
Responsibilities
- Providing end-user tech support via help desk channels (this could consist of phone, email, Teams, or web chat).
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- User account management (for example, account creation, assigning permissions, or password resets).
- Filtering Help Desk calls and providing basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.
- Collecting customer requests and data.
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
