Capgemini is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Service Desk Analysts in Pasay. We welcome candidates who have 1-2 years of experience within a Technical Help Desk environment. The ideal applicants will possess exceptional customer service skills, be knowledgeable in both PC and Macintosh hardware, and have a solid understanding of MS Outlook, Windows 7, 10, and MS Office (2013 and 2016).
