Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our organization’s employees and customers. Your main responsibilities will include resolving IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of tickets and inquiries.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Additionally, you must be customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
