Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance.
- Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely or on-site.
- Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns while escalating serious issues.
- Performing system installations, updates, and maintenance to prevent interruptions.
- Creating training materials and FAQs for end-user guidance.
- Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
- Making recommendations to optimize IT performance.
- Collaborating with internal departments to meet IT needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer programs and hardware.
- Proficiency in CRM and task management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Organized with effective time management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php50,00.00 per month
