Job Description
Grow with the best and join Stantec’s Information Technology team in Manila, Philippines. We are looking for Tier 1 Service Desk Analysts to provide top-notch customer support for IT technical assistance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, resolve, and document IT problems.
- Log, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide quality support in a dynamic service desk environment.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of IT experience with strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Experience with Oracle EBS preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
