Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service desk team and ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of service desk analysts, providing guidance and support
  • Monitoring and prioritizing incoming support tickets
  • Resolving complex technical issues and escalating when necessary
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. Experience in managing a service desk team and a solid understanding of ITIL principles are highly desired.
