Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal staff.
Your main responsibilities include resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities. You will also handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of IT systems and applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels. Previous experience in a service desk or help desk environment is preferred.
