Job Description
Unisys is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line post-sales technical support for our hardware, systems, and applications. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and assisting external customers in resolving technical problems.
To excel in this role, you should have relevant IT experience or certifications, proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with Active Directory for password management is a plus.
