Job Description
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php32,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
