Job Description
As a Service Desk Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT support services and managing a team of service desk analysts. You will ensure timely resolution of technical issues, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement of service desk operations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating service desk activities, providing leadership and guidance to the team, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Required qualifications include a strong background in IT service management, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in leading a service desk team.
