Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Research, document, and resolve software and hardware problems.
- Guide clients through solutions clearly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the product development team for improvements.
- Stay updated on technology trends for effective support.
- Participate in training sessions for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, data security, and privacy guidelines.
