Job Description
We are seeking a talented Service Desk Specialist with expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting in the implementation of Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of Azure and Microsoft 365 products. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
