Job Description
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Office & PC operating systems.
- Basic PC and network troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on relevant technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree & 1 year help desk support experience.
- Skilled in issue analysis & escalation.
- Experience in password reset & user account management.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Exchange, & Office tools.
- Bilingual in French & English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php85,00.00 per month
