Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Service Desk Specialist I to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining documentation. You will also assist in the implementation of IT projects and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. A basic understanding of ITIL practices and experience with ticketing systems is preferred. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development in the IT field.
