Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Service Desk Staff to join our team. As a Service Desk Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
If you are a team player with a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of IT systems are a plus.
