Job Description
As a Service Desk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and employees. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. You will also document all support interactions and maintain service desk records.
Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware systems, monitoring and responding to service desk tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
