Job Description
Metacom Solutions is urgently hiring a Service Desk Specialist. This role requires providing first-line support through phone, chat, email, and self-service/web portals for various hardware and software issues. Candidates should have at least 18 months of service desk experience and a strong technical support background.
Work is onsite at our Alabang and BGC, Taguig locations, with a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of Php23,00.00 – Php33,00.00 per month. Benefits include health and life insurance, company events, and paid training.
