Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an IT service desk or related role.
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of IT service desk professionals.
- Manage daily operations for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Provide escalated support for complex issues and ensure SLA adherence.
- Conduct team meetings, reviews, and documentation management.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for cross-functional issue resolution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
