Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Technician 1 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to our users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a service desk or help desk role is preferred.
