Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician I to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients. As a Service Desk Technician I, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.
Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system, documenting all interactions and solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets within established service level agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Prior experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
