Job Description

The Service Desk Technician I is responsible for providing technical support to internal users within the organization. This entry-level position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to user inquiries, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include assisting users with system configurations, setting up new equipment, and escalating more complex issues to higher-level technicians. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.
