Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician with Level 2+ expertise in remote support. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and in person. Your primary role will be to handle complex IT issues, troubleshoot network problems, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Providing Level 2+ support for desktops, laptops, and various software applications
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate team or vendor for resolution
  • Monitoring and maintaining the health of network systems and servers
  • Assisting with project-based work, such as system upgrades and migrations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote support tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
