Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician – T2 to join our dynamic team. As a T2 technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving complex issues, and escalating tickets to higher-level support teams when necessary.
If you have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, this position is perfect for you. Experience with ticketing systems and customer service is a plus.
