Job Description
SpectruMed is a leading distributor for aesthetic and medical lasers devices who imports and distributes the best brands to top clinics and hospitals for 20 years already.
If you are a team player, self-motivated, and a natural leader – Join our team as we seek a dynamic and experienced Service Director to lead our service operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service experience and satisfaction
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the service department
- Train and mentor service staff to deliver high-quality service
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of service department programs and metrics
- Establishing customer service policies and procedures
- Strategic planning and Quality Assurance
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any relevant course (ECE-an advantage)
- At least 10 years working experience or similar role preferably from Medical equipment/Telecom/Logistics
- 5-10 years’ experience of managing a technical team of at least 10-20 engineers/Technicians in Telecom or medical equipment supplier/distributor who supply and maintain a variety of equipment, with a big client’s base.
