Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Experience Center Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
As a Service Experience Center Generalist, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guiding customers through the resolution process
- Ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and making recommendations for process improvements
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
