Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate exam application process for clients.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Encode and coordinate application forms for clients.
- Submit applications to the designated international office.
- Update clients on application status.
- Monitor application progress and due dates.
- Process exam registration and scheduling.
- Send exam results via email.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, customer service experience, excellent communication skills, 40 wpm typing speed, and willingness to work on-site in Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php12,00.00/month
