Job Description
Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located at the center of Manila’s financial and commercial district. We are currently hiring a Service Leader – Kitchen (Horizon).
As a Service Leader, you will:
- Maintain food preparation processes aligned with Shangri-La’s service and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all health and safety policies are followed.
- Supervise kitchen personnel.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations.
- Support the Sous Chef.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
- Communicates fluently in English.
- Is willing to work shifts.
