Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Service Management Lead to spearhead the delivery of programs, projects, and managed services. In this role, you will coordinate contract management and oversee shared service operations. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders is crucial to ensure robust commitment and support for our strategic initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating effective communication among project teams, monitoring project progress, and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
