Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Properly manages shop scheduling and manpower to optimize resources.
- Monitors vehicle repair/maintenance status and ensures timely flow.
- Ensures technicians meet standard repair times for efficiency.
- Coordinates with Astara Philippines for Warranty Repairs.
- Interacts with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.
- Handles customer complaints and disputes within the Service Department.
- Ensures safekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Makes recommendations for equipment upgrades and personnel additions as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate in automotive or related field.
- 1 year or more experience in the field preferred.
- Willing to work in Panacan, Davao City or Metro Davao.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
