Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager – Incident and Problem, you will be responsible for managing and resolving service incidents and problems efficiently and effectively.
Your main duties will include identifying and analyzing the root causes of incidents and problems, developing and implementing solutions, coordinating with different teams to ensure timely resolution, and providing guidance and support to team members.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of IT service operations. A solid background in incident and problem management is also required.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT service management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving service incidents and problems
