Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Department Management: Lead and supervise the service team.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service, resolve complaints, and maintain customer relationships.
Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, optimize resources, and improve service processes.
Financial Management: Prepare budgets, analyze reports, and strategize for revenue targets.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with sales, report performance, and implement policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Scheduled Work: 8-hour shift with 13th month salary provided.
Expected Start Date: 09/27/2024
