Job Description
Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila’s second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country – Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
We are hiring for a Service Manager – Laundry.
As a Service Manager – Laundry, we rely on you to:
- Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
- Maintain a high-performing team
- Supervise the team in the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
- Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies
- Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy
- Maintain the public and general areas
- Report any maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department
We are looking for someone who:

- Fully understands room operations
- Communicates fluently in English (and local language)
