Job Description
Premier Heavy Equipment Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our team of service mechanics. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop efficient workflow processes and enforce safety protocols.
- Manage departmental budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
