Job Description
I. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Result Area (KRA): Customer Transactions
- Assisting and welcoming Customers by answering or referring inquiries
- Directing and giving customers instructions
- Endorsing them to assigned Service Advisor for customers with scheduled appointments
- Answering calls and inquiries from other departments and customers
Key Result Area (KRA) 2: Records
- Encoding and sending reports of clients/units received per day
- Recording and sending TAP released 1k units report
II. Job Specifications
- Educational Requirement: College Graduate (Preferably in tourism or related courses)
- Minimum Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year in Customer service
- Special Skills: Communication, multitasking, initiative, dependability, interpersonal skills
- Job Type: Full-time
