Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Request Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing incoming service requests, prioritizing them based on urgency and impact, and assigning them to the appropriate team members for resolution. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of service requests, escalating any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to clients.

Key qualifications for this position include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with both clients and internal teams on a regular basis.

Experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred, along with a solid understanding of service management processes and tools. A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is also highly desirable.
