Job Description
Job Summary: The Service Supervisor at Icon Equipment Solutions Philippines is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery through effective crew scheduling. Key responsibilities include hiring, performance management, and team development strategies.
Main Functions:
- Oversee service technicians’ efficiency
- Monitor service report submissions
- Collaborate with suppliers
- Enforce machine checklist usage
- Prepare technical and formal reports
- Resolve critical field situations
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 2 years supervisory experience, MS Office proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month. Schedule: 8-hour shift, Mon-Fri.
