Job Description

As a Service Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our service department and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff, conducting regular performance evaluations, and implementing training programs to enhance their skills.

Your primary tasks will include resolving customer complaints, coordinating with other departments to address technical issues, and developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the service department’s budget, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing reports for management.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer service principles. Proven experience in a similar position and a background in technical support are highly desirable.
