Job Description
Premier Heavy Equipment Inc. is seeking a dedicated Service Support Supervisor to oversee the operations of the Service Support Team.
- Manage Service Support Team Operations for efficiency.
- Review and consolidate reports from Customer Care and Service Admin Team.
- Ensure completeness of billing attachments and service reports.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on improvement planning.
- Train team members to enhance their efficiency.
- Perform additional functions as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, 3-5 years in customer service/technical support, and strong leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00/month
