Job Description
We are seeking a Service Team Analyst II to join our Quality Control and Innovation Center – Center of Excellence – Customer Insights & Analytics (QCIC COE CIA) team. As a Service Team Analyst II, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve customer service operations.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data reporting tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, and presenting findings to senior management.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field, strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
