Job Description
- Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, overhaul, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repair, and specialist service on a range of Process and Industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct comprehensive plant audits for Industrial and Process refrigeration systems, providing detailed reports on plant conditions, observations, and recommendations.
- Travel within South East Asia and other regions as needed to service the customer base.
- Perform service work to the highest standards following JCI policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all service work is completed safely and efficiently to minimize call-backs and warranty expenses.
- Complete service reports thoroughly and promptly after each service order or weekly for extended-duration projects.
- Actively identify and promote new services, parts, and products to customers, providing feedback on potential opportunities.
- Supervise subcontractors working for JCI and mentor FLSP team members to transfer experience.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
