Job Description
UPLINK Advance Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of a 4-year or 2-year vocational course related to technology and possess at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include on-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, computer assembly, and installation of networking devices including CCTV/IP Cameras and routers.
The candidate must have expertise in repairing computers and network equipment, preparing activity reports, and assisting with sales project quotations. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation are essential.
