We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our global team in Manila, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day development and maintenance of Stantec’s ServiceNow environment.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to enhance the ServiceNow Platform.
- Implement upgrades, synchronize data, and generate reports.
- Create technical documentation and provide mentorship.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow capabilities based on best practices.
Job Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator status required.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Minimum 3 years working with the ServiceNow Platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
- ITIL Certification (V3 or higher) preferred.
