Job Description
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within critical business systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to architect solutions meeting business needs.
- Technical Expertise: Evaluate technologies and recommend best solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed architectural documentation.
- Client Engagement: Present technical solutions clearly to clients.
- Review and Feedback: Guide team to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Client Architect.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years work experience.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Experience as Solution Architect in IT and ServiceNow development.
- Knowledge in cloud computing, databases, networking, and software development.
- Proficiency in architecture tools like Microsoft Visio, MPP.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
- Ideal candidate: strong background in software engineering or related fields, with application support track record.
