Job Description
As a Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests from clients. Your main duties include scheduling service appointments, assigning service technicians, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
You will also be in charge of maintaining client relationships, resolving service issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also important.
